Levelling up with TEAMS

What They Required

G&L needed a solution that would allow for the details of asbestos surveys to be recorded electronically, so their team of surveyors could undertake surveys without the need for pen and paper forms to be filled out onsite, only to be added onto a computer later for the report to be compiled manually.

The Solution

Working alongside the team at G&L, Mark One Consultants began developing a solution that would allow for the surveys to be carried out on a mobile device and the subsequent reports for each survey to generated automatically, removing the need for repetitive, manual administrative tasks.

The Result

The end result, was the TEAMS system. TEAMS not only replaced G&L’s pen and paper surveys, but also streamlined the entire day-to-day activities of the consultancy by enabling them to be carried out in one system. Enquiries and quotes through to data collection, report generation and invoicing could all be catered for in TEAMS.
