TEAMS Software has successfully retained certification to both ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security), reinforcing our commitment to delivering secure, reliable and high‑quality IT services for our customers.
This recent ISO success is all thanks to the hard work and dedication of Kerry McLaughlin, Finance Director, and Chelsea Wilson, Office Administrator, who led the planning, preparation and supported the team throughout the audit itself. The recent upgrader to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 brought extensive changes to the management of information security risks and assessments but by bringing our business to the latest standard we can continue to deliver a high standard of service and protection in line with UKAS requirements. These internationally recognised frameworks underpin how we deliver, monitor and continually improve our services, from day‑to‑day IT support through to complex cloud, network and software projects.
