Asbestos surveying and air testing with TEAMS puts efficient data collection within arm's reach. A light weight, easy to handle touchscreen device is supplied with mobileTEAMS for surveying. The units have up to 8 hours battery from a single charge, 150 hour standby and with a secondary battery available to 'hot swap' if required.
TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE mobileTEAMS is designed to collect survey information directly from the surveyor while they are performing the survey. The key to mobileTEAMS usability is the specifically designed touchscreen interface built into the software. This allows for comfortable data entry into the system with easy-to-use controls and functions to assist the surveyor as they perform the survey onsite. Smart features on the various controls aid this process further to collect the right data first time. |

LARGE, EASY TO USE CONTROLS
From entering job numbers and quantities through to sample descriptions and room notes, mobileTEAMS touchscreen controls have been created to allow natural data entry onto a touchscreen.
The onscreen keyboard includes user defined Standard Phrases consisting of commonly used lines of text or short sentences which are selected with the touch of the phrase and inserted into the keyboard area to be edited, adjusted or inserted into the text box the user is currently completing.

SIGNATURE CAPTURE - Employee and Client
mobileTEAMS collects signatures at various stages during the onsite work for a number of different purposes.
From employees signing to complete the risk assessment before starting work, to client signatures to complete a survey, full names and signatures are captured with the current time for added confirmation that the task is completed.

MOBILE FLOOR PLAN DESIGNER
mobileTEAMS includes an integrated floor plan designer that allows you to create floor / building plans and layouts on the move.
Once the plans have been drawn, the surveyor or airtester can then annotate the plans, for example with sample or pump locations, directly through the designer.
Import functions also allow client supplied plans to be imported and annotated in the same way through the same designer tool. Plans are automatically transferred back to the office TEAMS server once the work is complete and automatically inserted into reports where required. |

|
INTEGRATED PHOTO CAPTURE
Photo capture is included in mobileTEAMS to allow photographic evidence to be recorded directly into the survey itself.
When taking a photograph, mobileTEAMS automatically 'snaps' 10 high speed shots (or frames) for each click of the camera, allowing the user to simply and easily select the image of best quality to include in the survey.
This removes the need to retake photos that may have been captured blurry or out of focus the first time. Photos are automatically transferred back to the office TEAMS server once the onsite survey is complete and automatically inserted into reports where required. |

BUILT-IN EXTRAS
As a full start-to-end solution, TEAMS software includes built-in extras to cater for common tasks and practises including risk assessments, respirator face-fit tests and recording equipment use onsite.
These are integrated into mobileTEAMS and are designed to take no time at all to complete with simple touchscreen interfaces and shortcut functions.
Results from these tests are transferred back to the main TEAMS system during the normal data transfer along with the surveys or air tests themselves. |

SEND AND RECEIVE JOBS
The integrated data transfer service sends job information to and from the surveyor or air tester at the start and end of each day.
Included in the transfer is full client information, site addresses, even job notes so the person onsite has all the information at their fingertips before they start work.
Once the jobs are complete, the data transfer sends the results back to the office ready for the next stage of the process.
