QUOTES AND APPOINTMENTS - From initial quotes and tenders, TEAMS manages new work with built-in work scheduling and appointment booking. Once the work load is arranged, mobileTEAMS (the onsite arm of TEAMS) connects to TEAMS to bring job information and appointment times to the analysts.
ONSITE - Onsite surveying and air testing is performed by the analyst onsite, aided by mobileTEAMS to efficiently and accurately perform the work and collect the samples. Then once the work is completed for the day, mobileTEAMS built-in data transfer service transmits all the surveys, air tests, signatures and all collected other information back to the office.
SAMPLES AND REPORTS - Samples are automatically booked in and information pulled from the survey to aid the analysis work and produce the bulk sample report. With the samples analysed and approved, asbestos registers can generated automatically and survey reports can be produced. Completed air tests that have been transfer back can be reproduced as original PDF reports complete with site signatures.
INVOICING AND MANAGEMENT- Once the work is completed and reports approved and generated, the jobs pass automatically into billing where based on the work done and any quotes present, the prices are calculated and produced with a click of a button. Management reporting and statistics completes the story with informative graphing and detailed reports on everything from turnover to time off.
