TEAMS provides surveyors and consultancies a standard method to capture survey data via mobileTEAMS, and then through the use of custom export routines it will convert, manipulate and save off the data into any variety of files, ready for a 3rd party system to import.

This conversion and manipulation of the data can range from simple calculations based on what information was collected, through to complex field mapping and lookups to add/remove/adjust the data depending on the required output.

WHAT CAN TEAMS EXPORT TO?

TEAMS can output data into numerous formats depending on the end user's requirements. We work closely with our clients to build both standard exports (for end users with commercial property management systems) as well as bespoke exports (for end users with their own proprietary systems).

Typical output files include;
PDF MS excel CSV FTP XML direct to ZIP (including separating files into subfolders)

CLIENT SPECIFIC EXPORTS

Exports within TEAMS can also be made client-specific. Using this method, only specific clients within the system can produce certain exports.
This safeguards against 2 clients with similar (yet different) exports from receiving incorrect data.

In all cases for exports, all that is usually required is a sample file and any relevant scoring/lookup information that would be used in any data conversions. This is usually provided by your end user.
