EQUIPMENT TRACKING Equipment tracking and traceability is a huge part of TEAMS and an important part of the onsite airtesting experience. As a test is started onsite, the equipment list is presented onscreen to the users mobile unit with their own assigned equipment already pre-loaded. A few simple clicks assigns the specific kit to that active test are records it accordingly. Calibration date reminders along with temperature and pressure at calibration for flow meters are just a few of the extra features of the equipment system. |

ONSCREEN DATA COLLECTION #2 Setting up pumps and collecting specific site information for sampling is performed on the mobileTEAMS air monitoring screens. Any number of pumps can be set up on a test, and later revisited as the tests progress to add information and results. MobileTEAMS has full support for pooled air samples as well as integrated support for field media blanks (FMB). |

ONSCREEN DATA COLLECTION #3 Once a pump is added, information can then be entered against it during the progress of the test. Based on information entered, mobileTEAMS can assist and suggest with calculations including graticule areas to count, concentration, limit of quantification as well as the reported result. Dirty slide functions as well as sample specific temperatures can also be used. |

SIGNATURE CAPTURE Onscreen capture of analyst as well as site supervisor signatures is a fully integrated part of mobileTEAMS and is used throughout the airtesting experience. All signatures are both time and date stamped for extra integrity and tracking purposes. |

ONSITE REPORT GENERATION Once tests have been performed and signatures captured, the mobile system collates all the data and using individually created, company bespoke templates, the mobile device produces a full PDF report onscreen within seconds. This is then available to print via a local printer or email directly from the mobile device or from the office once transferred. |

Client and site is selected (or added if new), operator views the diary section in APPOINTMENTS to find a space when an air tester is free. Information about the job is requested over the phone and entered against the appointment. The required air tests are selected along with an analyst who is free at that time. The job is booked. |

Senior staff at this point are notified of the booking and confirm the appointment if all is ok. On confirming the job, Outlook calendar appointments are emailed directly to the air tester. |

When the air tester arrives onsite, they select the job they want to start and all the job information is displayed on their screen. They then completes the required risk assessment onscreen in mobileTEAMS and then select which air tests they wish to perform. Multiple air jobs and tests can be run at once and switched between in mobileTEAMS. Once the air testing is complete, the completed air test reports are generated as a formatted PDF document on the mobile device and can be printed directly onsite. |

Once the air tester has completed their days work, they connect their mobileTEAMS device to the internet and perform a data transfer. The air test information, results, signatures and all related job information are transferred to the company's TEAMS server, and any new jobs for the following day are downloaded simutaneously - and all at the click of one button. |
