Extensive upgrades to Project reporting

Projects in TEAMS allow large quantities of sites to be grouped together and worked with as a whole. Once a project is created, TEAMS automatically keeps track of each site within the project and reports back to one central screen. This displays at a glance the current status of works at each site along with all the interim dates when milestones have been achieved including when site work has been completed, when samples have been analysed, when reports have been QC’ed, and when reports have been finally approved.

New samples check-in facilities added to TEAMS

To better cater for companies with multiple labs or for individual labs looking for better tracking of samples, an entirely new samples check-in system has been developed to track and audit the pass over of samples from surveyor to lab.

The BMTA, in collaboration with MIS Environmental, is organising a day's seminar on 8 June 2011 at the East Midlands Airport Thistle Hotel entitled: "Asbestos - New Regulations Update". This event follows the successful seminar held last year following the publication of the HSG264 Asbestos Survey Guide and will examine developments relating to the new draft RG8 and forthcoming Analysts Guides, HSG248.
